  • How do I register for an account?

    - To register for an account, click on the tab entitled Register which is located at the top of the page.


  • I already have an account, how do I log in?

    To log into your account account, click on the tab entitled Login which is located at the top of the page. You may be taken to the EASE login page. If so, enter the username (usually your email address) and the password you provided when you registered.


  • How do I search the catalogue?

    - To search our extensive catalogue of projects, click on the tab entitled Search Projects which is located at the top of the page.


  • What is an RSS feed?

    - An RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed is a method of sharing content from a website which is frequently updated. Our RSS feed allow you to keep up to data Subscription to our RSS feeds are free. In order to utilise our RSS feeds, you must download an application called an RSS reader or aggregator. It is also possible to enter our RSS feed URL into a personal home page such as iGoogle. Our RSS feed can be found by clicking Projects RSS Feed on the projects page. A custom RSS feed can be generated by entering a search term into the search box on the index page


  • What is the difference between RSS and GeoRSS?

    The North Atlanic Biocultural Organisation offers syndication in both RSS and GeoRSS form. GeoRSS enables us to map the extent of a new project using Google Maps. If you wish to use the GeoRSS feed, simply add the URL into you aggregator or personal homepage and click on a project heading. This will take you to a Google Maps page on which the project extent is clearly defined. If you would like to find out more about a project, a link is provided which will take you to our record of that project in our catalogue.


  • How do I add my own project?

    - In order to add an project to the North Atlantic Biocultural Organisation catalogue you must register and become and member. To sign up, click on the tab entitled Register which is located at the top of the page.
